You can find a mini Quattroporte in resin kit from Alezan France (no website) in two version. unpainted or pre painted on eBay usually in 1:43 scale:
Price are around 50 € for the unpainted one and 60 € for the pre painted version. To have it built it will cost you 50 € more.
